Do you require a minimum time commitment when we rent your service?
Yes. When you rent during peak time slots and on high demand days, we require a six hour minimum rental. During off-peak days and times, we may be able to allow for exceptions. Give us a call for clarification if you have any doubts at all! We're always happy to provide answers and assistance on specific questions.
When is your reservation center available to take phone calls? Also, do you have specific office hours should we want to come in and view a particular vehicle of yours?
You are welcome to call us at any time of the day or the night. We always have our phones on and ready to receive calls.
If you wish to view a vehicle, it is always good advice to call ahead to insure the desired vehicle is not already on the road. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
I know we want to rent a party bus because we have heard such great things, but how do I know which one to rent? There are so many choices.
This is very true, we do provide a wide range of vehicles to choose from. We suggest looking at some of the pictures on our website of various vehicles that look good to you, jot down a few notes and questions, and then give us a call any time day or night. Our friendly customer service representative would be thrilled to walk you through the options.
This is an important event for me as I am taking a group of potential clients out for a night on the town. I am worried about availability, how can I find out if the party bus I want is available.
Your best bet is to check with our customer service agents. As our service becomes more popular, our timeslots are filling up much more quickly and its important to check availability as soon as you know about your event or trip.
It is important to our group to have a restroom readily available, is this possible?
While our party buses do not contain bathrooms, we can still help you and your group by stopping as often as you need to for bathroom breaks.
I originally planned on our group stopping at 5 places, but after talking it over, we have a number additional places we would like to stop. Do you charge extra for this?
What matters the most is the time frame you signed up for when you rented your party bus. As long as you are within that number, it doesn't matter whether you make 5 stops or 100 stops, that is entirely up to your discretion.

How can I reserve the vehicle I want for the timeslot I am looking for, do I have to put money down as a guarantee?
In order to guarantee your party bus and timeslot, you will need to put down a security deposit. Once we have that, you are locked into what you reserved, no one else can touch your vehicle or your timeslot.
I am used to tipping and normally if I receive great service, I am a generous tipper. Will our chauffeur expect to be tipped at the end of the night?
No, there will be no such expectation because your gratuity is built into you overall price. However, if you feel like you have received service that is over and above the call of duty, your driver will cheerfully accept your money. Its all up to your discretion.
Is it alright if we drink alcohol while on the party bus or must we wait till our stops?
Our party buses are affectionately known as a party on wheels. They are outfitted with bar areas with built-in coolers so that you can avail yourself of a cold drink any time you like.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We certainly do, you can pay for our service with a credit/debit card, travellers check, or pre-approved bank check.
I have a feeling we are going to go over the time frame we signed up for. How is this handled in terms of fees or being penalized?
If you are having a great time and want to continue past your 6 hour limit, we are happy to have you do so. You will incur a small charge of your hourly rate determined by 15 minute increments.
Tell me about your hidden fees, should I read the fine print really well?
We encourage you to read the fine print, but we can assure you that there are no hidden fees anywhere to be found. It is not how our organization likes to treat our customers, we want to have an honest and open relationship with you.
What areas do you service?
Our service area covers the greater Ann Arbor area and much more. We travel all over Michigan and some of Ohio. If the city you live in or are looking for is not listed on our website, please call us and ask about it. We are always looking to expand our reach.
Is your service limited to certain seasons?
Just name the season, spring, summer, winter, or fall, we are available to take you on any trip you desire for whatever event you have in mind.
Is smoking permitted while in your buses and limos? Can we consume alcohol in your vehicles?
Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles under any circumstances. This is simply for purposes of cleanliness and courtesy to our other guests.
Alcohol though, is absolutely allowed. In fact, this is one of the prime benefits of utilizing our services!
Where are we allowed to travel in your buses and limos?
We can take you anywhere you need to go, as long as it falls within your paid time.
How do you compute charges for your runs?
We begin charging you at the moment we arrive at the origination point. The charges cease at the very last drop off at the end of your run.
Do you have requirements regarding the condition of the bus at the end of our evening with you?
To avoid any unwanted excessive clean-up fees, you are advised to leave the vehicle in as close to the condition in which you received it.
Will our chauffeur know where to take us?
Our chauffeurs do know their way around town. We do recommend disclosing your itinerary prior to the start of your run so we can plan accordingly. In cases where this isn't possible, we do make sure our chauffeurs have the most current GPS systems at their disposal to insure route accuracy.
